16/12/2011 The Ukrainian office of Microsoft hosted the third public workshop (Workshop) on the formation of CRM-culture as a competitive advantage in business, in which participants could get acquainted with the methodology of Microsoft and TMI for the formation and support klientoorientatsii and culture of service. Traditionally, the role of the moderators were: Cyril Rudnev, Sales Director at SMART business, and Irina Chernysheva, head of the TMI Ukraine, coach and business consultant. In the workshop was attended by more than 30 Ukrainian companies.
CRM culture - is more than a methodology for customer relationship management. CRM-culture implies the existence of relevant skills and high culture in building relationships with clients throughout their life cycle. High levels of customer satisfaction - the main result of the introduction of CRM-culture in any company.
Special interest of the participants has caused a discussion about the functionality of the latest version of the CRM-system from Microsoft - Microsoft Dynamics CRM, 2011, in which Cyril Rudnev presented to the audience practical examples of its application to automate business processes for managing sales, marketing and servicing customers. Special guest of the event was the Director of Business Development Group Liter, who shared the experience of CRM on a platform of Microsoft Dynamics. For 4 months of using the system the number of users increased from 5 to 32. Now working in CRM sales and marketing departments, and in the nearest future - integration with the accounting system.
