Key issues for discussion were: improving the supply chain, «Just-in-Time» business, separation of logistics and sales responsibility, costs reduction for storing of goods, profitability of shipping operation etc. The conference consisted of two parts. The first part included the reports presented by invited experts. The second part of the conference participants had the opportunity to discuss questions in round tables (IT solutions for supply chain management and Cooperation on the market of freight forwarding services), which they interested in.

Automating processes such as: transportation management, tracking, warehouse operations, as well as a mandatory link with procurement planning and sales processes allow make business the most efficient. Work in a unified information environment minimizes the possibility of error, the processing period and updates the accuracy of the information", — said Kirill Rudnev during the round table: IT solutions for supply chain management.

In general, the conference was very practical, the participants got the opportunity to discuss their professional tasks, overview practical tools and experience to solve such problems colleagues.
